Here’s what to expect:

Step 1:
Discovery

We’ll catch up for a relaxed coffee and chat to understand your needs, budget, and the best Habitu model for your space and objectives..

Step 2:
Design & Selections

Choose your design layout, finishes, and any custom features. One of our team will visit your site to assess access, delivery logistics, and any potential considerations.

Step 3:
Site Survey & Council Prep

A licensed external surveyor will complete a site survey. Plans will be finalised or amended (if needed) and prepared for council submission.

Step 4:
Planning & Logistics

We’ll map out delivery and install timelines, plan for plumbing and electrical requirements, and confirm footings and access.

Step 5:
Site Works

Approximately two weeks before install, we begin site works. These typically take 4–5 days.

Step 6:
Delivery & Install

Your Habitu is delivered and installed on site. Connections, commissioning, and testing are completed—usually within 2–3 days.
If you’ve included extras like decks, pergolas, or carports, these are generally prepped beforehand and completed on site within a few additional days.

Step 7:
Move In & Enjoy

Relax and fall in love with your new Habitu.
