Got Questions?
We’ve Got Answers!

We know you may have questions before making your decision—here are some of the most common ones we get asked.

In most cases, no. All of our designs meet deemed-to-comply standards, meaning you’ll only need a building permit, which we take care of as part of the process. Design approval is typically not required unless your property has special considerations (see Q2 for more).

The maximum internal floor area (excluding decks, carports, or pergolas) is 70m², although in some rural zones, Councils may permit up to 100m².

If your property is heritage-listed or falls under specific Council schemes, design approval may be required—but we’ll handle those checks for you or guide you through what’s needed.

Yes, in most cases. However, some Councils have zoning restrictions related to short-term rentals (like Airbnb), so it’s always worth checking with your local authority.

Once the deposit is received and plans are submitted for approval, most homes are fully installed and ready to live in within three months, assuming no unusual Council requirements.

All homes come with a 12-month defects and warranty period, with extended warranties on certain materials like windows, roofing, and flooring. We’re happy to provide specific details.

Not a problem. In most cases, we only require a 10% deposit, and subject to standard credit criteria, we can offer finance options over 7 to 25 years.
