Every Habitu model is designed with sustainability in mind. Our homes can be tailored for complete off-grid living, including options for incinerator toilets, solar and battery systems, and independent water and waste solutions. Double-glazed windows and doors come standard across all builds.
Designs are available in three layout variations to suit different block sizes and shapes, with a wide range of custom finishes—flooring, cabinetry, benchtops, tiles, and external cladding—allowing you to create a space that truly feels like home.

Environmental Policy
We care about the environment in which we and our families live and to do our bit to preserve it, we carefully dispose of rubbish from each project and, where possible, recycle materials.
